Returns & Refunds

Please note that flowers are perishable items, and their lifespan may vary depending on factors like weather, care, and placement (e.g., exposure to direct sunlight or heat). If you are dissatisfied with your delivery, reach out to us at fleurs.qc@gmail.com or 514-586-1923 with your order details, including the client/recipient name, phone number, and order number.

Changes & Cancellations Policy

Changing Your Order:

  • Before preparation: We’re happy to modify your order based on product availability. Please note that changes might affect the total cost of your order.
  • After preparation but before delivery: We can adjust the delivery time or location, as long as the new details fit into our schedule.

Canceling Your Order:

  • Before delivery: Orders not yet delivered are eligible for a full refund.
  • In transit: While the bouquet’s value can be refunded, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Exceptions:
Orders for funeral arrangements cannot be canceled on the day of the service.

 

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to replace it. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at fleurs.qc@gmail.com, including a photo of the product, your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

 

Substitution Policy

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, availability may vary. If a particular bloom does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value and quality. While prior notification may not always be possible, rest assured that each arrangement will embody the artistry and care you expect from Les Fleurs la boutique du bonheur.
